Welcome
Every woman we work with has a unique and wonderful story, but what they all have in common is a desire to improve their confidence and to achieve a look that suits their personality and lifestyle. Welcome to Style Liberation!
Teresa
We've been lucky enough to have worked with Teresa for five years, and we've seen her style evolve over that time. She's embraced her style profile and implemented her theory to be one of our star #1piece3ways participants in our Super Styler membership every month. Everyone waits in anticipation for Teresa to post her outfits. Teresa shares her style transformation and how she ditched her traditional business attire and injected her personality into her corporate wear. 'I would describe my style before Style Liberation as being corporate, very black and white traditional office attire. I tended to blend in with everybody wearing dark suits and white shirts. So it was a little boring from my side. It made me feel like I was just sort of hiding, blending into the background.' There's no more hiding or blending into the background now! Thank you, Teresa, for trusting us to be part of your style adventures.
Eliza
Introducing Eliza, another gorgeous Style Transformer and Super Styler. 'Before The Style Transformation, I felt a bit daggy. I'm very much a shorts and t-shirt girl, and that's what I feel really comfortable in, but I didn't necessarily feel good, and always felt a bit self-conscious about what I was wearing. There was one standout moment when I was at the pool, and I was taking kids to swimming lessons. I was wearing my shorts and t-shirt, and a girl who walked in front of me was also in shorts and t-shirt, but she just looked good. She looked amazing. So seeing this woman wearing similar clothes, but there was just something different about her outfit that made her look just look amazing.'

I started a fitness adventure business company eight years ago, Women's Fitness Adventures, so I spend a lot of my life outside. I'm active, I'm outdoors, and I just throw on gear and get out there. But that doesn't quite translate when I go back to my everyday life with family and socialising and, you know, the normal stuff we all do.
Let's go way back to about 30 years ago, I did have a style when I worked in corporate but somewhere along the way, I lost my style as life took over. Parenting took over, running my own business took over, and I lost my style. When I lost my style, I lost myself as well.

We are at a time in human history where we've wasted so many resources and just going out and frivolously buying clothes because you like something without really knowing whether it suits you or not. Working with Style Liberation has been amazing because they helped me choose clothes, fewer clothes that can mix and match, that I love and feel confident in. I feel comfortable in my own skin and love every part of who I am. Going through the whole style liberation process has really helped me, made it really easy for me. When I go shopping I can walk into a store and pick out colours and styles that suit me at a glance, and I wake up in the morning, really excited to decide what Iām going to wear.

What I really noticed was in the media and social media, I would see these women who would wear clothes and their eyes sparkled that little bit. I knew instinctively that sometimes that was what would happen for me. And at other times, it didn't. So I was a little bit curious about why and how that happened. A friend introduced me to Style Liberation, and that was when I went, okay, well, I'm going to find out what this is all about. It's really changed how I approach shopping and how I get dressed. Now that I've been through this transformation, I feel much more confident in what I wear.
